Graduating with a Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Queensland in 2016, I have spent the past five years cultivating my passion for the communications industry and honing my skills as a journalist.

 

Throughout my time at university, I was awarded the Deans Scholars Award and was subsequently acknowledged as one of the top 100 students in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities.  I was also granted the New Colombo Plan Scholarship for semester two in 2016 and with UQ, travelled to Mumbai, India, to gain in-field reporting experience as a foreign correspondent.
